Your software is perfect. The support is poor. I know more than your help desk. They should have told me not to file until March when all updates are finalized. I tried to file in February and had many issues. They couldn’t give me this simple solution to wait until March. I had to find on my own and finally submitted my online return in March successfully after all forms were updated
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I’ve been using this software for many years. Interview works pretty well and results were identical to an accountant for a in-law’s return. Some things are a bit goofy, like HSA contribution split with spouse, but overall okay. One definite bug this year was the social security worksheet kept showing as a data validation error as I’m over 62 but not collecting. Software kept instantly re-adding every time I deleted it.

Very good, much cheaper than turbo tax!! Should be made easier for UBER and delivery drivers! Put Uber in your sentences for income and schedule C losses! Should be made extremely easy! Then run a 10 percent discount at the begining of tax year for Rideshare and delivery drivers!! GREAT for me because I've been doing taxes for 50 years! Thanks for putting out great product!
