Your program glitches. I verified transactions 4 times. Then I just skipped and it worked. You guys should fix these glitches. If it happens again next year, I will be switching to TurboTax.

Maybe the second charge will go away. It's still pending at my Credit Union.

It took until February 27 for all forms to become available. My taxes were waiting to be submitted since January. Unacceptable.

The "import tax information" hasn't worked for the last three years. The last two years i could log into the financial institution but it would not import my information. This year, what a joke, it wanted a transaction ID to log in. There is NO transaction ID. I buy this software so i can import this information and not have to enter it manually. You need to get this fixed!

Each year I get my program early so I can file. After I finish it seems every year I have to wait for updates before filling. This year I had to wait 3 weeks and it was because of some worksheets that didn't change totals.
