purchased this software last year and met my needs. This year however, needed to include additional forms that I could not receive on-line assistance for. Disappointed in the lack of assistance.

I've been using this for years. The federal portion worked well. I had a difficult time on the state portion where it was hard to figure out where one of the calculated numbers came from (I double all of it). I'd recommend it and will use it again next year.
