Program works as expected for the most part, but wouldn't let me back out of an IRA contribution to be made after I had entered it. I also had problems navigating back through the return for review after I had entered everything, and in choosing paper file for state purposes after electronic file for federal.

I received the software and installed. Completed the install but when trying to file the program it wouldn't run....error not recognized. After a significant time on the phone with the customer help desk ,problem was resolved with a new download of software with new codes. This took a few hours with no problems afterwards.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have many questions that are not answered by the software or covered in customer forums. HRB pretty similar to TTax.but I wish it were easier to get more detail when necessary.

Lack of integration with major financial institute

It is very difficult to manually enter all the 1099 forms because of the lack of integration with major financial institutions such as Bank of America, Merril, American express etc.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents
