Software is comprehensive but easy to use and intuitive. Only problem is that as I am now located outside the USA I was not able to purchase additional state tax packages and e-file them as your payment system does not accept non-US addresses (even for US bank cards). This is a major issue which stops your software from being used by the many non-US based tax filers.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare

Program has improved markedly in the last year. I use for a complex return involving two rental properties, (one as business, one as vacation rental with personal use), extensive securities trading, gas well, and complex charitable donations of "other than cash" transactions. For first time the program removed "glitches" that had prevented electronic filing the past and permitted full electronic filing of both state and federal returns. Still some problems with use of "Deduction Pro" in terms of getting printouts of Deduction Pro data separate from actual IRS "other than cash" donations.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues

I don't like I just got tricked into looking at an ad for your products. And in regards to your 2017 program, I was really upset at not being able to look at and choice which items I wanted to print right there on your program. I could not print even from the view form tab either. but would really prefer to be able to view and check with forms with my return I wanted to print, right on the page where I file the return. Tubro tax does it that way, and it is much nice for me. My return is so long and I do like to save certain forms and worksheets in print, but I want to see them to decide.
