This software completed every function for me completing my taxes and getting them off on the first day of submission with my Windows computer. I would give it 5 stars but eventhough it imported last years info from TurboTax, I still had to manually input some information that was stored in the background....4 + stars.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good product, Need to work on communication.

Always been a great product, that I have used for several years. However: I can't give it five stars this year because of the lack of email communication. In the past I received multiple email updates on my e-file tax status. I really missed the updates. And yes, I made sure the problem was not on my end.

not user friendly

very hard to work with especially the K1 forms with codes Z*, AJ*, STMT, etc. It doesn't provide explanation of how to enter those codes correctly and where. Also the K1 codes and titles in the software does not match the information I have on the K1s I received. Spent hours on google and chatGPT to figure it out and still cannot.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GREAT PROGRAM poor help section

Have used this program for at least 6 years. 2025 was the worst help section by far, not sure why they changed things so much. Had to google answers this year. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Difficult

Not very user friendly. Took me a while to figure out how to deduct credit for my military retirement in Virginia. Also after finally getting it accepted by the irs, I got an email from tax software saying it was rejected. Checked irs website which confirmed that it was accepted
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
