The program kept erasing itself. Tech help eventually told me I had to remove my printer to submit taxes electronically. That's ridiculous. They said this happens sometimes with Apple computers. I've used the program for over 20 years and never experienced anything like this. I went through the interview 4 times before I was able to submit. It was an extremely frustrating experience.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Program worked well with few problems. Since most tax laws do not change much, it would seem to be reasonable for a person to be able to buy an update for last years version for the current tax year at a reduced cost.

Program smooth enough, but when you need online support, you get people who don't speak english very well. Try to get a problem resolved when you can't understand a single word they are saying.
