I don’t find the process to file taxes extremely useful and it remains essentially the same exact interview process for the last 5 years at least Taxes are complicated and at the end of the day, I am left wondering if I did them right. UI is not intuitive and product is hard to navigate.
Also I hat that I have to pay to file state returns
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

If I could give 0 stars I would. I not only paid for premium software which is supposed to include live support, I paid for auto renewal. The automated system won't let me talk to a live person and I am unable to submit corrected taxes b/c the H&R Block software is pulling an incorrect number from the previous tax year..
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
