Please provide complete coverage, as when Qs are answered software says HR can not support I am on my own for some parts of tax filings and then it reverts to print and mail option.

Easy to use / reliable / trustworthy tax perp for Fed tax filing on even quite complex issues that it will walk you through. Have appreciated using it for years. However, if you have anything beyond the most basic, there is zero walk through or helpful explanation for state returns (at least in the case of CA). And if you need to amend a return, it's NOT intuitive.
