This is a good option for personal tax software. I have used it since the 2020 edition. I am a non-practicing tax CPA and no longer have professional software. This is a solid alternative.

As usual I have issues with this software. It freezez and stall and I get the pinwheel of death every time I need to advance the page. This happened with several other year's versions over the last 4-5 years. I tried to reload it and that helped some., but continues to have issues.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I was completely finished with my return, and I was going over it completely when some glitch in the program added a form regarding farming that I have NO idea what and why that happened. I had to do the entire return over because your software would not allow me to delete this form that ultimately messed up the entire income tax return.

It would be helpful if I could enter my 1095 Health Insurance information earlier in the interview to see my credit. Always looks like I owe money and then eventually prompts lead to 1095.
