Your policy if all on-line sales and downloads are final if unfair. I paid for and downloaded Hawaii state only to be told that HR does not do the N-15 form for-non-residents. The message said that I would need to file it by paper and mail. Now why did I not get this caveat when I was paying you for this downloads. Seems like false advertising and stealing to me.

This mostly works well, but I was unable to file electronically because it said my AGI from last year was wrong. It wasn't -- exactly matched my return, and I took it out and entered it 3 times. Still wouldn't work.As an experienced return preparer, I'd also like to choose what to work on without having to answer so many questions.
