I bought this in March for 2024 taxes and i will never buy another! Worst program i have ever used for taxes! Was not easy. Program didn't take my yes answers far enough for my self employment, kept having to go back and search for topics i needed. Not a good program!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

SC state electronic file not possible w/ form I335

Premium worked well for federal electronic filing but not for electronic filing for my South Carolina return. The software told me electronic filing of forms I-335, 435 not possible and I had to print and mail; forcing printing and mailing of 30+ pages by certified mail. These forms had to do with contractor work income; not an uncommon thing.
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's easy yo use, except schedule C has several lines which require an override. This prevents e-filing and makes no sense. It forced me to have to give up a deduction I qualified for.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
