Some items need to be more prominently shown. An example is designating a third party. It is easy to miss. It should be on a separate page. Also, IRS requires a separate statement to be attached to the return for certain items. There should be an easy way to type a statement to attach to the return.
I would recommend this to a friend!

When we did our taxes married filing jointly we got very different amounts than marries filing separately. We are not in the child tax credit income range. Seems very wrong.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

The dialog is easy to understand and makes it it easy to file my taxes. I'm disappointed that I can't install it on my own computer (I run Linux) and have to borrow a Windows system to get my taxes done.

It worked, but there area a lot of unexplained portions within the Q&A that require a lot of digging through the IRS instructions. And those IRS instructions aren't even linked. Needs a lot of work.

For the past 17 years I have used this product. It is so easy to use. Now thai I have retired, how I enter data has changed but the software was able to guide me accordingly.

Your product has gotten worse. Previous years I was able to download my last year’s return useful information into the latest year’s return. This 2024 year, I wasn’t able to grab much of the useful data from the previous year’s return
