Bought because Turbo Tax is not used. friendly. This year your program was approaching user friendliness. If it ain't broke, Don't. Fix it! You want unscrew up a good program. Hope next year's program will be better.
Cons: Hard to fix issues
Pros: Easy to install

I thought I was nearly done, but had to wait for one more W-2. When it arrived and I re-opened the return everything I had done had disappeared! Had to go back and redo the whole return.

I feel safe using H&R Block Tax product. I have now used it for over 5 years. never any issue and always a good return
