I used this liquid plant food for the first time this year bottom watering my 1020 flats indoor winter grow. We have fresh veg all year long eliminating the need to go to the store. This stuff is amazing and works well with our well water. This is one of many liquid fertilizers I use and I have to say this is a real good one.

Contaminated batch of Nutrients

Second 32oz bottle of nutrients I have bought that has gone bad. The first one became strange and slimy and I had to toss it. This last one, has mold in it and I didn’t realize until I had fed my Farm XL24.
Plants have all weakened (I didn’t know why until I saw the mold) and had to be pulled, I am sterilizing my Farm and staring all over again. I don’t think I will be buying the large bottle again.

If you are seeing black build-up on the nutrient bottle this is typically a coagulated mix of the nutrients that have dried, and not a mold as the ingredients are not prone to molding. After reading another review where someone had used it in their hydroponic systems, I knew going in that I needed to lower the volume per gallon required. I followed the reviews suggestions and it was much to high for my systems. My plants were not happy with the sudden inputs of high nutrients. After a few water changes and adjustments, my plants are happiest with between 1-2mL per 10 gallons of water.
This is a good fertilizer. It will require some trial and error to find the correct dosage. Just know that going in.

This plant food is the best food ever for my aeroponic veggies. My veggies grow healthy, robust and tasty. I've also used this stuff on my inside and outside plants and they are all thriving. Only thing is I wish the plant food would come in a bigger size.
