I purchased this as a gift for others. When I visited their house, it seems like the plants are taking a really long time to grow.

Sometimes plants do take a little longer to grow than others. We do have a 21-day germination guarantee where we will replace them if they don't sprout or die shortly after. Please tell your friends to contact our customer service team for replacement pods if they need them.
After watering and feeding our tomato plant for 4 months we finally got red tomatoes. However they were very bitter. To bad to eat. Threw out the plant.

The plant food is fine, but my growing device has broken for the second time, same problem: read out only says “medium,” regardless of the actual level of water in the basin. There seems to be a quality problem

I'm fairly new to the AeroGarden family, but I've found the Liquid Plant Food to be a very positive additive for the growth of my vege's.... So grateful ....
I ordered a custom herb pack and nothing came up. Went completely by the instructions but to no avail. I've been gardening for over 20 years with great success.This was a HUGE letdown.

Amazing growth and quality of herbs The herbs flavour and perfume is so much better than the herbs bought in supermarkets and they are organic and clean and ready to be consumed
