Perfect for my needs

With this product I got exactly what I needed. It can be my portable work laptop and it can be my personal tablet simply by flipping it around. I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and I am very happy so far. The battery life is substantial the size and speed are good, the portability and ease of use are amazing. 2 minute plug and play and I was up and running. I also paid several hundred dollars less than the other models I researched.
The service attendant at Best Buy was knowledgeable and flexible. She located my accessories and gave me sound advice on my purchases. I will go back to Best Buy for my IT needs in a heartbeat. And, just for clarification I'm a 65 year old female that isn't expected to be very tech savvy. I was treated with respect and information was communicated in a way that allowed me to understand fully. Great job Best Buy.

Do not buy this laptop.

Keyboard keys 8, I, K, and comma stopped working after 7 months. Google it. Turns out is has been a problem since 2004 yet Dell keeps using the same keyboard setup. Best Buy said “too bad”
If sent back to Dell they will replace with new but same keyboard and 7 months later, same problem.
