6 minute battery life

Using the carpet tool you only get 12 minute max time...the 60 minutes is only using the hand at low....3.5 hours to charge as well....can't use it until it's charged....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great vacuum

Old dyson v8 was on its last legs, took a shot st samsung and this thing blows the v8 out of the water. Amazing vacuum. Battery life is great so far and the second hard floor motorhead is a game changer, only wish it came with the auto empty station like it shows on samsungs website as being included with the complete set.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Battery life sucks…

We bought this vacuum in hopes to replace our corded one. We unboxed it, completed the initial first charge and only got about 15 minutes of run time on mid/max combined. It did about 8 stairs and 2 couch cushions before needing another 4.5 hr charge which is not ideal for a condo sized area.
We returned it and got a Dyson.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic product

We went to the store, looking to replace a 10 year-old Dyson and metal lady in the aisle who wanted this vacuum cleaner as opposed to the Dyson that she's had before. We were a bit skeptical however she convinced us through her personal experience that it was as good as if not better than another brand. We purchased it because it was on a good sale and took it home. It works very well indeed. The attachments that are provided are very useful and the motor suction is excellent. Battery life is superior to some of the other products on the market. Even on low, it will suck up your area carpets!. The fact that you can replace the battery easily without doing any external service is a bonus as our other vacuum cleaner had to be serviced to replace the battery. Overall, I'm very happy with this and plan to probably expand the Samsung vacuum cleaner brand within our households.
