Excellent Wine Cooler

This is an excellent little wine cooler with a sleek black finish. I installed it in our wet bar under the counter. It's very quite and the blue light adds a really neat look. The ability to set the upper for white wine and the lower for red wine is perfect to keep both at the temperatures we like.

Looks great but...

I recently installed my new unit. Black stainless looks great but unfortunately unit produced condensation on outside of glass. There was so much water it formed a puddle below unit. I had to unplug unit and request a replacement

Excellent product and service

I bought my wine cooler 3 months ago and was working great. I love the feature that allows 2 separate temperature controls. The black stainless matches my other appliances as well. I did run into an issue recently but it was resolve quickly thru customer service. I would certainly recommend this product and company's product to a friend.

Great looking Wine Cooler

I bought this 3 months ago and my wife and I love it. My wife loves it because the black stainless steel matches the other appliances. I love it for the dual zone temperature controls. I had an issue recently and Customer service responded quickly. Great product and company.

Perfect under counter dual zone

Holds temp well in both zones, fits perfectly under counter. Wood shelves and lighting are a nice touch. Very quiet. Customer service has been very responsive on a couple of questions/clarifications. Would definitely buy again.

Note that the "black stainless steel" finish is more like a mirror finish with gray layer on it. It does not match other black stainless steel appliances other than the gray tone. That aside, this is a very nice dual zone wine refrigerator. It accurately holds the temperatures set for each zone. It has a compressor so you can hear it but it is not loud. It seems to also be very energy efficient. I have not noticed any increase in my electric bill beyond a few cents a day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this Dual Zone Wine Frig in July 2020 and the two zones did not cool properly. NewAir sent me new sensors to replace that did not solve the problem. They immediately replace the Fridge and it is working perfectly!
