Wish the headset was smaller

Wish the headset was smaller and lighter. Does not adjust small enough for my head.
Tried to return it, but there was nothing else available and was told that it would just be thrown in the garbage and not put back on the shelf.

Amazing value!

Out of the box this has been nothing short of amazing. Set up is seamless as everything is a USB 2.0 connection.
I put the webcam and headset right to work with a few network collaborations. Picture quality is outstanding and the headset eliminates any outside white noise. I did one call without the headphones and the mic in the webcam seemed to perform exactly as needed. I really do appreciate the privacy screen that slides over the camera lens.
Headset is really comfortable and light weight. I have a slightly larger (7 5/8's, 60.6 cm) head and I didn't feel it pinching or uncomfortable. Really like the volume control on the (nice and long!) headphone cord.
Overall, great value and superior quality at this price point.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought 2 of these for kids online school and they both work great so far. It was pretty easy to install and workes great with Google meet. We will see how they do over time.

The quality was not good. I spent a lot of time coming back to the store and exchanging it. The first time there was no microphone in the box and the second time the camera was not good as the first camera. But after changing two times, it is rather good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very disappointed with this bought today for my 12 yr old son for school way to big. Waste of money can’t return cuz of the package being open best buys policy

Got this for covid exams

Mic works, camera isn’t grainy. BUT when require to show ID live, it’s blurry and is unacceptable. IF you need to do this, find another one. So disappointing. I didn’t think I had another pc with camera.. thankfully I do. Image is grainy but my ID is clear.
No fun pics or features. Headset is on the bigger side.
