Won't connect

I bought three of these last year. Two connected, one never did. This year, one connected and two never did. The devices appear on the app but they won't connect. Tried both auto and manual connect multiple times while standing right next to the router. After a few hours, I'm done. Don't waste your money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
