I am very pleased with my HP Pavilion as a computer, BUT, whilst the keyboard is "UK QWERTY" which it is what I wanted, I am not a "touch typist" and find it almost impossible to read the letters on the keyboard unless I am looking vertically down at them - to get over this problem I have installed an additional bluetooth keyboard with white letters on black keys, which now means I can use the "laptop" at arms length!!

Purchased the item a few weeks ago and still getting my head around it. It is certainly very quick at booting up and access to files very straight forward. I know it will take a while to become completely familiar with the system so looking forward to a new 'learning-curve'.

I have been using my new laptop for the last three weeks and have been very impressed with the machines performance. This laptop replaced my previous machine which was equipped with Ryzen 3 whilst this machine is still operational it does tend to have a mind of its own these days hence the new laptop. Upgrading to Ryzen 5 has made the laptop Super Fast and I certainly recommend it.

This was to replace my 5 year old HP laptop. What a difference that time has made, start up is virtually instant, operation is fast and efficient for the way I use the equipment. New Windows Operating System is easy to use, graphics are very clear. It took a while to get all my preferred options into system, but that was just personal choice, the actual set up of the new laptop was quick and easy. I would definitly buy again and recommend this laptop.

I have already given my feedback but that isn't good enough for HP and as such let me make it clear I am sick and tired of being asked for feedback.
Your printers won't talk to your laptops and my new HP laptop is so brilliant that I have to put a light on to read the keys, because grey on silver is such a wonderful combination. But it is the almost manic desire for feedback that gets me- I don't see why you have to annoy your customers with providing feedback: if anyone reads it they don't belevee it SO WHAT IS THE POINT.
