For the price point, this laptop is a great value. However, when this laptop arrived, I noticed that there were problems with the usb ports, the audio jack, as well as some loose component inside the laptop. Additionally, the laptop would occasionally freeze upon startup, and would not be resolved without having to restart the laptop multiple times. Although the warranty covered the repairs, I would have gone with a different brand if I had a second chance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really do love this computer. Keyboard feel is solid and just right. Screen is big and beautiful. Sound quality is good and goes louder than I need. And it is blazing fast. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

So far it’s working well. However I am very disappointed that there is no keyboard lighting. Every other laptop I’ve owned had one so I didn’t think to ask about that when ordering.
