Love It!! This laptop was the best purchase ever and the best laptop I have ever bought. The color is unrealistically beautiful and indepth and the sound is pretty nice. It is much better than my last laptop and I will definitely recommend it to someone who is just needing something for schoolwork or office work.

Wow - the computer itself is just terrific. Powerful with the chip-set and memory I wanted. It looks good. And sounds good, too.
1. I wish the camera was better for zoom - this is a disappointment.
2. The computer itself is loaded with bloatware that you have to fight through the first couple of times to turn off and permanently remove.
3. And this is my mistake but it doesn't have a back-lit keyboard. Somehow that was not on my list of criteria but I miss being able to read the keys (especially the tiny function keys) in my dark office.

We bought 2 of these laptops for our firm where we use multiple monitors. I have to say this is the only one I found in the market which does dual monitors. Most laptops don't offer this feature and you have to spend a lot of money to be able to have that. I'm so so so pleased with this laptop. Definitely recommend!!

This is a nice machine. Fast with plenty of RAM. A lot of people don't like AMD chips, but this is faster than the Intel based system it replaced when it was new. The backlit keyboard is a plus due to the location of the desk it sits on. Easy setup and transfer of apps/files from system it replaced. I highly recommend this laptop for the price.

This HP Pavilion is great hardware-wise; but the email program failed to load so there were many hours spent with HP Care SmartFriend support which we are paying for. Email works now but it is still messed up. It is my wife's laptop.
