Powershot Zoom Compact Monocular

Still looks like it is hard to get, received mine in November 2020. I am very impressed with it. When I first saw it online I ordered it without looking the specs and kind of forgot about it. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised with the fact it had camera features. Both the still and video features work extremely well for a handheld, small device. Even when zoomed to its max the image stabilization works great. It is nicely designed with a glossy white finish. Unfortunately, it does not with its own case to prevent it from being scratched while transported. I did, however, find this case (OP/TECH USA 7301421 Soft Pouch - E-Z Close Pouch 421 (Black) - Neoprene Case) and it fit the Zoom perfectly and has a magnetic closure.
Overall, I am very impressed with it. It is small, fitting in the palm of your hand and easy to take anywhere. The attached image was taken just to see how well the image stabilization and metering capabilities would respond when taking images at night. Image was taken handheld with minimal effort. I think it could be "cleaner" if some sort of support was used. A couple of other great features are ability to use any size micro SD card(I used a 400gb card) and the use of Canon Connect app on my phone. This allows the ability to quickly download images to your phone.

Hard to find but got mine on 12-5-20, great little camera. Easy to use & Zoom is outstanding. Take it everywhere I go.

No charger?

received my Powershot Zoom today, unfortantually it does not come with the proper charger, or any charging system other than the charging cable. So now im on canons website to try and find the charger for it...not a good start Canon...nor does it come with the micro sd card...NOT GOOD canon...should come ready to shoot out of the box, maybe thats asking to much ?

I bought this and can not get it to charge. It charged one time and now will not charge, it is like the action camera or what ever they call it, will not work. I have three old cameras for Canon that still work great but after these two I will never buy Canon again.
