Disappointing -- zipper is broken after zero uses and company did not respond to several outreach attempts.

I went to wash this pillow for the first time, and the zipper is stuck. It is literally the first time I've used the zipper. I emailed the company and never heard back. I'm super disappointed because every one of the five people in our family has this pillow and loves it, but the zipper is really low quality and it's a bummer that the company doesn't respond to customers or stand behind its product. If it was just a cheap camping pillow, OK, but we specifically spent money on these with the understanding that they are high quality.

amazing pillow but weighs way more then claimed

The functionality of this pillow is excellent with the reversible pillow cover. It's extremely comfortable and very comparable to the Hest pillow. The only problem I have is that it weighs 6 ounces more than what is stated in the description. My large pillow weighs 34 ounces. I was willing to take the weight penalty for such a great pillow, but the extra 6 ounces is just too much. But still an amazingly comfortable pillow.

Great travel pillow

Great pillow for what I bought it for. It’s bulky, but I knew that from previous reviews. I bought it because I travel and some hotel pillows can be, well less than stellar. In some cases the actively try to kill you enveloping your head from both side as soon as you lie down. Ending up with some kicking and screaming until you can escape. This pillow does what I need, and offers enough support that I don’t wake up with a headache. The only reason it’s a 9 is just for sheer bulk.

Great Camp Pillow for those who pack comfort

This is an awesome camping pillow for people prioritize comfort in their sleep. It has no inflatable bladder so it’s not going to pack down as small as some of the UL camping pillow on the market, but the memory foam does a good job of compressing and the included strap makes it easier. The best feature in my opinion is the sliding sleeve pillow case. With one option that is tech fabric, water resistant, and easily wiped clean. The other option (accessed by sliding the pillow inside to the other end, sounds complicated but is really easy) is a soft Jersey fabric that is more comfortable than many standard pillow cases. It’s a good size providing a fair amount of support while stilling packable.

Great pillow,not for backcountry use

I got this pillow to keep in the car or take where packing volume wasn’t an issue. It’s perfect for that and the integrated nylon sleeve system works very well for just having the pillow sit in my car.
Only con is packable size, the size is just too large for most backpacking uses.

Great vehicle pillow

This pillow works great and give nice support with it's size. I sleep in a vehicle and this works well for that. I am not a big fan of the cinch strap as it goes in the middle of the pillow and does not compress it very well. Almost wish it had two for each side. It would be bulky in my opinion for backpacking, but the comfort level is very good, espcially being a bigger guy.

Bought for my Military Field Training and exceeded my expectation. Provide great comfort and was just right to keep my head aligned without waking up with a sore neck. Great concept on the material and structure to keep the fabric clean.
