Problems in less than 3 years.

The power light on the front of the freezer is flashing wildly. Under normal operation, the power light should be solid with no flashing. This is extremely disappointing because this Danby chest freezer is less than 3 years old. I just hope Danby will honor the promised 5-year warranty
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Initially purchased because of Danby's warranty. This little workhorse has been in our garage for 7 months and works flawlessly (maintains constant 0 degrees F, has very minimal frost build-up). Impressed! Thank you, Danby! <3
