Extended warranty not providing .

Very difficult to get extended warranty for asus zenbooks ,even support also not good as expected .Other vendors will give extended warranty if we buy before end of current warranty date,even they can allow to take extended warranty after current warranty period expires also.But asus not allowing to take extended warranty,still i have warranty till 2023/06/14.So please take care before purchasing asus product.

Very happy. I bought an updated and slightly larger version w lots of NEW features; like the PEN! This book is really awesome so far especially w the ability to draw with it like a single page...i.e. the flip feature. Great super thin BUT with METAL case. My old one was plastic and had a crack but did not interfere w operation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great laptop for work travel

I needed a new laptop for on-the-road training presentations. This has met those needs so far. The only issue is maintaining wifi connection occasionally disconnects without reason

Been an Apple user for awhile now. Wanting to try something new I did some research I found this very impressive thing. The quality is excellent, screen is beautiful, performance is good for such a thin laptop/tablet.

My Asus ZenBook flip is working great, was ready y to set it, super lightweight, with great colors and sharp display. The only problem I've had is getting the power button to work. It doesn't seem to push in but rather you touch it perfectly and then it turns on. It takes me a couple of tries to get it right. Other than that it works great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This machine is a looker. With an Intel 7 processor and 16 GB Ram I have no problem with any task. It's not a gaming machine but I can imagine that you can still do some light gaming. It is touchscreen and it has a backlit keyboard. One of the new features is that it has a number pad that can be activated on the touchpad. Great for data entry. There are a few minor things to consider...
1. It does not have an audio jack but Asus did include adapters for one to be used with audio, and one for ethernet. I have been using bluetooth headphones so that is not a big deal.
2. It also does not have a fingerprint reader, however, there is facial recognition so once again, not a big deal for me.
3. The keyboard is not full size. I have small hands and I am still adjusting to this.
All in all this is a very sturdy compact machine so if you are looking for an auxillary unit for travel and/or school, that can last all day, I highly recommend this laptop
