Very nice machine, no problems, very quick. It gets a bit hot when it is really processing data, but seems ok. I would like to utilize the Thunderbolt ports more but haven't yet.

screen flickers once every few minutes

I have had the computer for a month and found that the screen flickers every few minutes or so, with no specific pattern. Have performed all necessary troubleshooting steps, including resetting BIOS, reinstall display driver, etc., to no avail. Otherwise an excellent machine. Good battery life. Will have to return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This tiny laptop is the fastest computer I've ever used and has the most colorful screen, though battery life is only about 6 hours without power bank. I've found that extended warranties almost never get used, so the military ruggedness combined with Costco's free warranty substitute is what I'll use to protect it. I appreciate the free year of accidental damage protection included with the product and the 3 month extension I'll get for writing this review.

Excellent features in a small package

I bought this computer about a month ago t replace an MSI prestige that only lasted one week. I was always a fan of MSI until lately, their quality and customer service have gone downhill. My wife had bought a ASUS Vivobook and after I looked at it I was sold on the quality of the machine. I started to look further into ASUS as my next replacement and I knew I wanted a great package to help with the photo editing that I do. I came across the Zenbook Flip 13 inch and I love the 4K screen. I am still loving it and when ASUS told me that if I shared my review on the product to the public, they would give me 90 days of extended warranty. Once again, great system, and thanks for all you do ASUS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after trying 3 different laptops this one is simply the best. the keyboard backlight is so bright even in clear day light. the screen is excellent and bright
