Our second Kitchenaid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old Kitchenaid dishwasher died after 11.5 yrs so we decided to get another one since our old one lasted for so long. So far I’m super pleased with this new model. Great features added that I actually USE! Much more loader friendly than the Bosch ones we looked at. I love it so far.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the dishwasher for 6 days. This is my 3rd Kitchen Aid in the last 23 years. I just did my first load of dirty dishes. I was disappointed with the results. First, the soap dispenser remained shut when the dishes were done. When I opened it, the soap was mostly gone,.but there was some residue in the cup. When I checked the dishes, the tea stained white cups still had the tea stains. This was not true of my previous dishwashers. The plates did appear to be clean. I decided to rewash the dishes and the cups were still stained. Fortunately, the soap dispenser did open on its own.

Quietest Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher. It is the quietest dishwasher ever. We have an open kitchen, dining and living room and it is important that we are able to run the dishwasher and still enjoy a quiet evening by the fireplace. It cleans really well too!
