[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in June 2021 and it works great with lots of room for pots and pans, etc. 3rd shelf for large utensils frees up space in other 2 shelves. So quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had it a week or so and are still getting use to it. The cycles are longer than our previous GE dishwasher but we have had good reults. The racks are lighter and feel flimsy compared to or GE washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After seeing my Samsung dishwasher die completely after 6 years ( Their refrigerator did a little better dying after 7 years!) I felt compelled to buy a replacement made in the USA, never will I but=y another foreign brand. I am really impressed with the low noise of this washer. In fact I wasn't sure if it was actually working or not because it was so quiet. If this dishwasher holds up well then I will get all y appliances from Kitchen Aid.

Terrible company!

This was an awesome dishwasher for the 1st 6mths. Never an unclean dish, so quiet, racks roll so smoothly, lots of space and an interior light! THEN.... after 6mths of use it quit draining. (Not a drain Problem, but electronic, preventing it from clicking into drain cycle) I have been fighting with Kitchenaid for the last 5 months to get it fixed. There have been 4 unsuccessful service calls, and hours of phone calls and I'm still stuck with an unworking dishwasher. We are finally now at the stage of exchanging for a new one, if and when they ever call me back with a delivery date! I suspect that will take another 6 mths. So far now, it has NOT WORKED longer than it has! What kind of company makes HIGH END appliances that only last 6 mths!!!! Kitchenaid service is pathetic and I don't not recommend any of their products! They are not worth the money! Everyone told me to buy a Bosch, and I guess I should have!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Delightfully Quiet
