[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our trusty old one broke down at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. We tired searching for parts and repair but with the crazy year, everything was a challenge. You read right, our family of 4 with 2 kids and no dishwasher for over a year. THE HORROR.
So we took our time when we decided to cut our loss and started a search. After a month of research and comparisons, we decided on this model. It's been over a month and we couldn't be more satisfied with our choice. Great performance, great looks, simple controls, easy install and WHISPER QUIET. I mean, a few times we had to go into the kitchen to make sure it's still running.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This dishwasher is spacious and the dishes come out looking spotless. We made a good choice.

It doesn't have every bell and whistle but I didn't want to pay for all that because we wouldn't be using them. This one seems very well built and virtually silent when running. All in all a great dishwasher so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace the Whirlpool dishwasher than came with the house. The old dishwasher never got our dishes clean, but this leaves them sparkly clean AND dries them (use the extended heat dry!). I don't totally love the 3rd rack for silverware, so I use it for small Tupperware stuff and lids. The silverware spot on the bottom rack design could be a bit better - we have average sized utensils and can't insert them sharp side down in the container. The solution is to put them sharp side up...but not a big deal as we don't have kids running around. :)

Not working on day 1 !

Not working since day 1. Intake valve not opening so the diswasher has no water. I can hear the pumps pumping air. I doubled check everything, water is on and in the hose, power on, door closed... I have my service shedule for the 26th of April...that is 10 days for service on a brand new appliance, this is not what I'm expecting for KitchenAid. I will complete my review after the service depending on the outcome.
