Quiet and Reliable, but Poor Rack Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an earlier year model of the same dishwasher. We liked it so much that when, after 7 years of good service, the water pump rusted out, we got the same model to replace it. We used the middle rack for bowls and glasses. Unfortunately, the center of the middle rack no longer can efficiently hold out bowl in their new design. Bowls placed in the middle keep flopping down. We are no longer able to stack them upright as we did in the older design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the looks of this SS dishwasher and it’s solid opening bar. It is extremely quiet and does a great job of cleaning. The 3 racks make loading dishes very easy.

So Clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first KitchenAid was forty years ago and it was Harvest Gold and I loved it but my new one I love even more. It is so quiet I don't even know it's on because my daughter starts it so I have to look at the buttons to see if it's on. Everything comes out so sparkly clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely quiet dishwasher. It is a higher quality dishwasher than other brands we looked at. I use the third level utensil rack more than I thought I would so that has been a real plus. Love that the outside does not show fingerprints and smudges. A downside might be that the touch buttons for the settings are very sensitive so I have to be careful when closing the door.
