[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall works well. I miss the prong arrangement in the center of the middle rack that I had in the old Kitchen Aid. It held all my smaller plastic lids and smaller baking cups more efficiently. I would also like a no-heat dry cycle like my last model. This model leaves water drops on the lowest setting. I do like the deep racks that hold larger items though.

Stuck on clean cycle and come off

I got it a year and a half ago and it is broken it won't come off the clean Cycle and he keeps beeping.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great job on cleaning dishes, especially glassware. Do not at all like the shelves, except for the utensil shelf. Shelves do not load well with the dishes we have - things slip and slide. No clue how to remedy this
