[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a wonderful dishwasher! It is secure and a solid feeling machine. The dishes are well cleaned and the machine runs very quietly. We have been very happy with this purchase!
Issue after issue with this thing. Today's problem are the rollers that the racks slide on have fallen off. They're supposed to snap into place but it's worn out already????!!! ya, so middle rack is absolutely useless and now sits on the kitchen table. The heat dry option doesn't work, it just makes the entire load smell like musty old food. When you open the dishwasher door, it makes a pool of water on the floor from the steam port. Have slipped and nearly broke my neck falling down because of it. Seriously considering seeking legal advice on that. The spring that controls the door from slamming open snapped! so now there's no control when opening the door. Your dishes are always filled with bubbles when filling cups with drinks. This cant be good for you and I am even using the recommended soap and drying agent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though I’m still re-learning how to load main upper rack, I love how this machine can really clean DIRTY dishes. The setting “buttons” are really sensitive!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with my new dishwasher, The best thing about it is that I no longer need to turn up the olume when using it. It is so quiet. If there are any dislikes, it would be that the silverware container is too big, it doesn't need to be as long as it is, it is too cumbersome.
