Such an improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had it for about five months now and love it... extremely quiet, dishes are clean, easy loading. Large pots fit and the upper tray works well for odd utensils. We've very pleased.

If I could change one thing, it would be to change the third rack to hold more things like tongs and spatulas- too high for the utensil holder and too bulky for the third rack. Have to use valuable room on the first shelf.

It's good looking, sturdily built with an extra tray for larger cutlery and easy to us, with multiple settings, but not so complicated as some others. My dishes, pots, cutlery and glassware come out wonderfully clean. While not cheap, it is an excellent value. I couldn't be happier.
