[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a professional trim and finish guy. I have seen many of these in my customers homes. Finally decided on this one. The install is easy. Everything about this is pro-grade. The electrical has a connection mount (not some wire tie up deal). Drain is straight outta the rear (not fishing the hose in some weird way). The operation is fantastic. Easy to select shut and go. Best of all is how quiet this is. Makes you wonder unless you really listen close you might hear it. Love it

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is an awesome dishwasher! Not only does it wash really well, it is soooo quiet! My kitchen is in an open concept and when the dishwasher is running I honestly cannot hear it!!

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service from KitchenAid when trying to get info on parts or accessories for my brand new DW that would allow safe loading of wine glasses to this model, that has NO capacity to hold wine glasses safely on the middle rack. Spent almost 2 very frustrating hours on hold or in fruitless "chats" to try to solve what should be an easy fix. Does no one else use wine glasses? Too bad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
