I bought this dishwasher about a month ago and love it! i didn't think i would use the third rack that much but i was wrong. I use it everytime. So quiet, cleans great and looks wonderful in my kitchen!

Roomy and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful dishwasher inside and out. I like how roomy it is, and deep enough to accommodate large pots and lots of dishes. It's very quiet. I've only used it a couple times since purchase, and always go check to see if it's really on. Love the utensil rack and the exterior towel bar. Sweet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t need a dishwasher, but when I say the reviews I had to get it. Best decision ever!!! This thing is so quiet you don’t know it’s on. Also, it actually dries the dishes, unlike my previous one.

Why didn't we buy this 10 years ago???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been living with a horrible dishwasher that came with our house when we bought it 10 years ago. The thing was flimsy plastic, it had to be taken apart every few months to clear the debris from the spray arm, and it sounded like a freight train. Our new KitchenAid is solid, simple, classy, and so quiet that we keep putting out ears to it to see if it's actually running. We can fit nearly twice the amount of dishes and everything comes out clean. We thought the third rack was sort of gimmicky, but it turns out to be surprisingly useful. We couldn't be happier.

So loud!

This is the loudest dishwasher I have ever had. No way this is 39dba. Disappointed as my 13 year old Bosch makes zero noise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very quiet and holds so much

Our last dishwasher was Kitchenaid as well which we also liked which is why we chose this brand and model. I love the top knife/utensil rack and find it is very efficient to put utensils away. When we need extra space, we can take out the utensil basket in the bottom which gives us even more room for dishes.

Extremely quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this over a month ago and so far so good. Extremely quiet operation have to check that it is actually running! Capacity is good, removed the cutlery basket and use the 3rd shelf. the layout of the dishes on the 1st rack could use a little better design but I can see how it accommodates the cutlery basket. Very happy with this purchase as long as it lasts, time will tell.
