[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this dishwasher for about two months, and we love it! It's so quiet that we sometimes can't believe it's actually on. We also love the third shelf on top; it's very convenient for those extra pieces of silverware. Plus, it's awesome that we can close the door and still read the controls on the top. Last but not least: our items always come out sparkling clean!
I would recommend this to a friend!

So QUIET!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher! It cleans well, and I highly recommend getting the 3rd top silverware/utensil rack. It makes unloading so much faster and easier, as well as provides more loading space in the bottom rack as no basket is necessary for utensils. It is so quiet that I have to stand right at it to make sure it has started the cycle.

Don't buy, no documentation available to the owner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dishwasher went dead after just a few months. The biggest surprise to me is, unlike other manufacturer, I can't find any documentation for this dishwasher, no part diagram, no troubleshooting document, no diagnostic instructions in public domain. They make them only available to the technician, Basically, they deny homeowner to repair this by themselves. I would give KitchenAid a Zero star if I can
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replaced a 2 year old LG dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 2 year old LG dishwasher and I am extremely happy that I did. The LG was very noisy, even though it's marketed noise rating was below 50 db. It also did not dry dishes and it's cycles were extremely long. The KitchenAid is so quiet that I have to put my hand on the front of it to make sure that it is actually running, the cycles are no where near as long as they were on the LG, and it thoroughly dries the dishes to which the LG did not.
