Great Quiet Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher about a month ago when our previous Bosch dishwasher died. We have been very happy with the unit to date. It is very quiet and cleans dishes well. We don't have anything negative to say about it.

Rusting on Inside

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher works fine, but the interior (which is supposed to be stainless steel) started rusting on the second run. Tried cleaning with Barkeeper’s Friend, looked ok, then rusted again after a wash was run. I read that this is most likely a manufacturer’s defect, and Kitchenaid has been unhelpful. I would expect for a dishwasher of this price to hold up to certain standards. Super disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far this one has worked perfectly. No issues. Hope it stays that way.
