Very quiet and cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher is very quiet. Cleans well and dries great. I would like the lower basket to offer the ability to flip down the prongs for easier placement of bigger dishes. This is a replacement for a GE profile that only lasted 3 years. Hoping for longer life with this one. With just two of us, we average 1-2 loads per week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife tells me that the overall capacity is low. She feels like she is washing dishes twice a week versus once every fourth or fifth day. It is only the two of us and it should not be like this.

Washes fine, but poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine washes fine, and it is very quiet. The one thing that I thought could be better is the bottom rack configuration is not as well-designed as the Bosch dishwasher I had. The bowls and plates do not fit nicely and so you end up doing more loads than necessary. The Bosch was well designed and I was able to fit a lot in 1 load. Kitchenaid could learn from them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
