[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall works well. I miss the prong arrangement in the center of the middle rack that I had in the old Kitchen Aid. It held all my smaller plastic lids and smaller baking cups more efficiently. I would also like a no-heat dry cycle like my last model. This model leaves water drops on the lowest setting. I do like the deep racks that hold larger items though.

Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit to replace a Bosch800 that failed after 2 years and am very pleased with it thus far. It is very quiet and cleans very well. In all respects, this unit is much better than the other more expensive one and I highly recommend it.

inadequate drying feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The heating feature on this doesn't work very well at all. in fact, every time I use it, including the extended drying feature, everything still comes out wet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
