Back breaker mothers please stay away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this 3 level dishwasher for about 4 weeks, I am a middle age women with 2 kids,
The lowest level of the dishwasher to load plates and caddy is soo low it is bringing back my back pain, imagine bending 20times to touch your toes on one side of your body to load this dishwasher.
The middle rows does not have right sots for mugs, they become wobbly, and the top most rack for silverware if of no real use as they all can be put in the caddy.

I was very excited to use it now dreading everyday as if dishwashing wasn't already feeling like a time wasting chore of an hour, now even worse.
My constructive feedback to KitchenAid is to know your customers, who are mostly women. Given birth. And low back and stomach support and work backwards, come up with a better design
This design is making my life harder, am in tears everyday.

Absolutely horrible experience with Kitchen Aid

Do. Not. Ever. Buy. A. Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Whirlpool no longer stands behind their products. We've been out of a dishwasher now for 4 weeks and it didn't even last 12 months. Whirlpool keeps trying to replace parts and it still doesn't work. Stay away. We will never buy a kitchen aid or Whirlpool product ever again
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features- very quite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love how quite this is. You can barely hear it running. This was a huge upgrade and the reason for our purchase. the buttons are a little sensitive so they turn on even if you slide your finger on it so we have to really be careful about using the handle when opening it and not touch the button area

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poor design- Loading of dishes is awkward and very inefficient. Used to another bran that we had 20 plus years before downsizing. No comparison as to loading and amount of dishes that could be loaded.

Very quiet/cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While we have only owned this dishwasher for one month, it cleans very well and is extremely quiet. I don't love how the bottom tray is organized. Two minor complaints. There is no defined place to load soup bowls and they do not fit well on the bottom shelf. If you put them on the top shelf, it takes a lot of room away from loading cups/glasses. Also, the controls located on the top/inside of the door are very sensitive. We end up accidentally turning them on when opening the dishwasher.

Quiet and does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 weeks in, me and my wife like it. It's quiet and does a good job cleaning and drying. I put it in myself, the only thing I needed to buy was a 90 degree pressure fitt8ng to attach to the unit itself. This should cone with the unit as it is necessary for use. Hence the 4 star rating.
