not the greatest washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] not happy with the dishwasher, I already had to reset it once after the quick wash and normal wash buttons become inoperative. Lets hope this was an isolated incident, but right now it gets a one star...this stuff shouldn't happen within weeks of installing it

VERY LOUD THUMPING SOUND WHEN RUNNING

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only run it twice in a month because there is a loud thumping sound during part of the cycle. We are awaiting for an approved Warranty Repair Service call to determine what the problem is. The dishwasher appears to wash ok but we are very concerned about this sound.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this about a month ago after our 21 year old Kitchen Aid dishwasher finally quit and we are so happy we did! It has exceeded expectations with the exception of the normal dishwasher cycle taking just under 3 hours to complete. It is super quiet, cleans exceptionally well and I would recommend to anyone needing a good solid dishwasher!

We were so disturbed by the amount of noise our old dishwasher made that no matter what time we ran it, it either interfered with peace and quiet for our daily routines or our sleep if we ran it at night. This Kitchen Aid dishwasher is so quiet and offers so many wonderful features! We are in heaven! 😌 Yay!!!!!

Awesome dishwasher

I love that the interior is stainless steel same as the one I replaced this one with, I can’t speak for longevity but hopefully it lasts great purchase and even better that i bought it on sale.
