Works great but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher cleans great but 2 days after install we had to call a repair request because the Normal button wouldn’t work. All of the other buttons work fine. The repairman said that the problem is the user interface and happens a lot

High quality with many features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher after doing research on various makes and models. I always check reviews from owners as well as Consumer Reports. I find the amount of features offered for the price is outstanding. I am especially impressed with the very low noise generated when in operation. Once I close the door and start it, I only know it's on when I hear the water entering the dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my old KitchenAid dishwasher, though I was apprehensive about filter cleaning - I never did get the hang of it! It washes beautifully but the door is longer, so I had to do some minor carpentry to give it enough space to open flat, my bad for not checking.
I removed the covers on the cutlery holder, too fussy for me. The bottom wore out of this on my old model, so I'll keep an eye on this one.

Don’t Buy! KitchenAid dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 11/22 , to replace a 25 year old dishwasher. This is the worst dishwasher! It leaked underneath all over my floor. The insulation blanket, that I assume is for the quiet function, underneath is also wet. And with all that, it doesn’t even dry the dishes! The dishes are completely wet at the end of the dry cycle, even on extended dry . So again , save yourself from all the hassle, and don’t buy Kitchenaid dishwasher!! I do have a service repair person scheduled to check it out. If this can’t be resolved, I will be buying a different brand to replace it. This one has done this ever since it was installed by the company we bought it from.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
