Delivered inoperable - Parts on back order

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered in November waited until January for delivery. Delivered and installed but has defective control panel. I have made 2 payments and still unable to use. Completely disappointed. Unfortunately we also bought a KitchenAid refrigerator and within weeks the ice maker needed replacement. One month later the heat sensor failed and needed another repair. WILL NEVER BUY KITCHENAID AGAIN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broken within the first 3 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We completed a full house remodel including all new kitchen cabinets. We had all of our Kitchen Aid appliances installed in late September 2022. In mid December, water kept running into the dishwasher, after it ran a wash cycle, and sounded audible alarms. The odd thing is, due to some travel, the dishwasher had probably only run 10-12 times. The only way to stop the water from filling the dishwasher was to turn off the water supply. A warranty call for service was made in mid December. A service company came the week after Christmas. After their assessment, they determined what part was needed. So here we are in the first week of February 2023 and we still don’t have a functioning dishwasher. So we are highly disappointed with the quality of the dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features and super quiet

Love it, but not

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There’s so much to love about this dishwasher. The store did not have this one on the floor and I wanted the 3rd rack as the utensil rack, not the flex rack. The reason is that I had the same one in my last house and it was so perfect. However, without seeing it in person, I didn’t realize there was so much missing inside. There’s no flip down wine glass racks or clips to hold things in place up top or flip down sections in the bottom for fitting large items easily. I was just sick about that on install. At least I have a utensil rack! There are a lot less options for operation than expected. However, just listening to how quietly the door closes is a joy. Runs super quiet and does a really great job as expected. I really thought I was buying the same dishwasher from my old house but it isn’t. Lots of cut corners but it does the job.

My KitchenAid Dishwasher is

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love it. I had an LG before and thought it was great, until I got this KitchenAid dishwasher. It is so extremely quiet that I have to look at the light to see if it is running. The 3rd rack is such a blessing. Don't know how I ever did with out one..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher hasn’t worked from the day I closed from the builder. I have a brand new house and I’ve been hand washing dishes for over a month while I wait on a new motor that’s on back order. Totally ridiculous
