[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher is quiet. That's is all the positive I have to say. I have to scrub my dishes before the prowash cycle. Otherwise, the dishes renain dirty. We should have kept our GE and dealt with the noise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

KitchenAid over Bosch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 4th KitchenAid dishwasher since 1970. I always look at other brands but pick KitchenAid over all others. My favorite feature is the short wash although I miss the quick cleanup option on my last model that I bought 18 years ago. Nothing but praise.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Superior Construction and parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased and used now for 1 month. This was a replacement Dishwasher same brand but 7 years old. The previous unit was good. This one is FAR superior, dry’s faster, cleans well… and the quieter decibel level is noticeable. GREAT purchase and value for the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher looks great in our remodeled kitchen. Dishes come out very clean but I have to use extended dry in order to completely dry them. I do love how quiet it is. And the utensil rack is quite handy.

Works as Expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first bought this dishwasher, it came damaged - there was a huge dent on top of the dishwasher that was large enough to see from the inside. A replacement was sent a few weeks later. Overall, the dishwasher works well as expected. We are finding it difficult to know the best use for the 'upper low profile' shelf. Since most of the utensils are placed in the basket, we typically use the upper shelf for large cooking utensils however can only place a few there due to the limited space.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bad luck with KitchenAid
on April 10, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a year ago to replace our previous KitchenAid dishwasher (whose motherboard fried after 3 years). Within 6 months, the main gasket around the door started to leak and by the time we noticed, it had damaged the neighbouring cupboards, which were also only a year old. Thankfully it was covered by warranty. Maybe we just have bad luck with KitchenAid dishwashers...but I'll probably go with a different brand in the future.
When it comes to cleaning our dishes, its does a decent job and its a nice looking unit.
