Nice design improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since replacing our last KitchenAid we're quite happy with the new comparable model, with the up-top tray for silverware and the much improved design for the now easy to remove filter assembly.

disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 days after we bought it, the control panel no longer allowed us to select the normal wash cycle. Had to turn breaker off then back on to reset it then it worked again. After doing this 5 times over the next week, not resetting the breaker no longer works and the normal cycle is not available. getting a new control panel but knowing that is the reliability expected by a new dishwasher out of the box is disappointing. The outlet, Appliance Direct, made no effort to allow a replacement. Again, very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new dishwasher for about a month now and it is so quiet I need to check to see if it is running. Compared to our old dishwasher this model is very quiet and cleans our dishes better than our old model.

Very happy w/ 39 dBA Dishwasher!

Made with very cheap parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very nice looking dishwasher and it is quiet. When I received it, I couldn’t get either the middle or top rack to pull out. they were both off track and I couldn’t figure it out and had a repairman to come and put them back on track for me. It could’ve happened during shipment to my house, but it was very disappointing. If you’re not very careful the second and third rack can break very easily. I always rinse my dishes, but sometimes they still don’t come very clean. At times when I open the dishwasher my dishes are still wet. Also, one of the screws was missing from the package to hold my dishwasher in place.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
