Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 20 years I finally had to get a new dishwasher. Models I wanted simply were not available during the Pandemic, but then finally this one on my list was. Installed without a problem, and major upgrades from a 20 year old dishwasher! It is so quiet when i first ran it I wasn't sure it was actually running. Cleans dishes great without rinsing; glasses come out clear with no spotting; adjustable rack and top rack are very convenient for packing large items and loads. I have a habit of hitting the buttons when I open and close the door, but I'm retraining my opening habit to resolve that. So far I love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Missing parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately I have been able to use my dishwasher, it is missing its door latch. Company refuses to mail me the missing piece says a tech has to come out to verify first. This is a second home and I am not their often enough to let someone in. Hopefully will be able to arrange soon, wish they would just mail me the part to I can install and use my new dishwasher. Sad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not as good as our last one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish we hadn't gotten the one with the slim top pull out section for silverware. Hardly ever use it. I've had to bend back most of the little prongs that stick up to hold plates and things up, because they are so short, most things fall forward. And even thought this dishwasher is the "same size", it doesn't hold as much as our old one did. Apparently this dishwasher is an energy saver, but it runs much longer. But it is very quiet! Also, I can't get nearly as much in this one as I could in our other KitchenAid dishwasher. I'm still trying to figure out arrangements. And because of the weird top utensil tray, and me being tall, and the door so low when it's open, I have to lift the dishwasher door with my foot. I'm still trying to get used to this dishwasher, and I guess I will, but it's not easy.

So quiet I almost can’t tell it’s running

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like I said in the title, it’s so quiet I almost can’t tell it’s running. I have to get used to the wash cycles. My old dishwasher was so old, it had a knob on the outside that let you know where it was in the wash cycle.
I like the stainless finish, and the handle is solid and sturdy.
The top utensil rack is great for my larger serving utensils and plastic lids.
The only thing that is somewhat lacking, is the upper rack, and trying to stop my smaller glasses (and especially wine glasses) from tipping over. Although being able to move that rack up and down is great, and you can put larger items that used to only be able to fit on the lower rack.

Nothing good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid door for older people means you have to bend down more. Washing takes hours, like 2-3 hours to cycle through. Does not dry silverware and collects water on items in top shelve. Make up of design is such that you have much wasted space or items bump each other. Knowing what we know now, we would not have bought this product.

Quietest dishwasher yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quiet and clean's good.... The one we took out cleaned good but was getting old. Was Loud now that we got this one. We realized just how loud.... I would recommend this to be purchased by anyone who was looking for a really good dishwasher..... It's a really tight fit with the insulation blanket on it.... If you're putting it in yourself you can make it go in the cabinet easier with a large plastic bag over it .....I used a 90 gallon trash bag..... Then remove it as you start getting it into the cabinet works great......

Extremely Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst experiences we have had with an appliance. From the lack of customer service in the installation to now weeks waiting for a part to be ordered/installed to have our BRAND NEW dishwasher work . . .maddening to say the least! Could not/would not ever recommend this to anyone. As of this moment we still do not have a working dishwasher after paying full price for this appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
