Broken within the first 3 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We completed a full house remodel including all new kitchen cabinets. We had all of our Kitchen Aid appliances installed in late September 2022. In mid December, water kept running into the dishwasher, after it ran a wash cycle, and sounded audible alarms. The odd thing is, due to some travel, the dishwasher had probably only run 10-12 times. The only way to stop the water from filling the dishwasher was to turn off the water supply. A warranty call for service was made in mid December. A service company came the week after Christmas. After their assessment, they determined what part was needed. So here we are in the first week of February 2023 and we still don’t have a functioning dishwasher. So we are highly disappointed with the quality of the dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Delivered inoperable - Parts on back order

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered in November waited until January for delivery. Delivered and installed but has defective control panel. I have made 2 payments and still unable to use. Completely disappointed. Unfortunately we also bought a KitchenAid refrigerator and within weeks the ice maker needed replacement. One month later the heat sensor failed and needed another repair. WILL NEVER BUY KITCHENAID AGAIN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the price of the dishwasher, I was disappointed that it didn't have stemware holders nor tines that fold down for larger objects. Also,, my dishes don't always completely dry even on the higher heat option. It does do a good job cleaning and is very quiet.

Best dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our new dishwasher over a month ago and are delighted with it. It is the best dishwasher we’ve ever had. It is so quiet you can only tell it is running by the light that indicates which phase of the wash/dry/clean cycle. The 3rd rack gives extra options for washing cutlery. Dishes are cleaned perfectly. We highly recommend!

So quiet

KitchenAid dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the KitchenAid dishwasher as a replacement for a Bosch dishwasher after almost 10 years
..so far the KitchenAid dishwasher racks and top shelf rack are good but I could put more into the Bosch unit so not great on capacity and the design of Bosch top rack held the utensils better less moving during wash cycle
